Flotation machine can achieve specific separations from complex ores ,so it is widely applied in rough processing,concentration,and reverse flotation of non-ferrous metal such as copper,lead ,zinc ,nickel,molybdenum ,ferrous metal and nonmetallic materials .

Operating principle 

After the mixtures of pulp and flotation reagent entering the first cell of the bank ,they  will be blended with air under the negtive pressure produced by the rotating impeller .Driven by impeller produced centrifugal force ,the mixtures enter the mineralizing area,where the air bubbles will be broken to contact the mineral particles fully and  become mineralized froth . Moving to the separation area ,the mineralized froth will then be scraped by the rolling scraper while the remained particles will be mixed,mineralized and seperated again.The pulp at the bottom of the tank will flow into the second cell to repeat the process in the first cell,and then enter the third cell ,until the barren tailings overflow the last cell in the bank .
