Operating principle

Having been slowed up by the decelerator and gear through wedged shaped belts,the impeller rotates slowly with the motor. The sand and stone fed into the feeding tank flow into the launder, then roll with the impeller and grind with each other to get rid of the dust and powder.Water is being added at the same time and the strong water flow washes the impurities and the light particles in the lauder away . After this process , the clean sand and stone are lift up by blades of the impeller. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone; on the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the washed sand and stone falls to the discharge chute from the rotary impeller.
